Real-estate Registration, Cadastre and Management System is a reliable, transparent and effectively automated system ensuring the management of the real-estate market, carrying out the state registry of the real-estate in connection with the registration of the rights related to the real-estate regardless of the type of property in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the management of the single state cadastre, including the state real-estate, as well as the collection and management of the information on leasing, privatization, auction organization and document circulation in the single database, and their protection, which supports the important systems.
