History of Information Technology and Data Management Centre was established in accordance with Decree No 116 dated 24 June 2009 by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Ensuring the activity of the State Committee of Property Issues of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
To manage the databes of the State Service on Property Issues from the single source and ensure the operativeness and security in the data processing, buildings were built for the Information Technology and Data Management Centre in Baku and Reserve Information Centre within the Property Registration Project of the World Bank. Both centres were equipped with the modern servers and network equipment, and the auxiliary equipment and systems were installed, which ensure the constant and safe function of the server rooms.
The construction of the Information Technology and Data Management Centre in Baku started on October 2013 and concluded on February 2015.
