• Karabakh Digital Geographic Information System was developed in order to have preliminary inventory of and to collect information about real estate and infrastructure objects in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to collect and manage in a centralized database the information about the projects carried out by state authorities and entities in these territories and for the respective state authorities to have user access to the mentioned information based on their authorities.
• A monitoring and accountability portal has been developed in relation to the implementation of the I State Program for the Great Return to the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The portal ensures the following actions: electronic list of activities carried out within the framework of the I State Program for the Great Return; application of a monitoring mechanism over the projects and activities being implemented; generation of different reports on projects and activities.
• 3D videos of the cities of Aghdam, Fuzuli and Zangilan were produced. The videos present and compare the 3D format of the infrastructure present before the occupation and photographs of the current situation taken by drones. The videos produced sparked the interest of international experts as well.
