A comparative video of the Zangilan city before and after liberation

As the Center for Information Technologies and Data Management under the Ministry of Economy we prepared a comparative video with drone footage showing the pre-occupation situation, infrastructure and the current situation after the liberation in 3D format based on the maps of the city of Zangilan from the pre-occupation period.
