Within the framework of cooperation with www.PMO.az School of Project Thinking, the project "Improving the Project Management Approach in the Development and Promotion of Products and Services" was completed at the "Information Technologies and Data Management Center" (Center) Limited Liability Company.
The Center implemented this project to improve the project management approach in developing and promoting products and services. The parties achieved high achievements during the implementation of the project, and the project will likely have a significant impact on the sector's development in the future.
The successful completion of the project will be a strategic step for the development of the Center's internal and external projects. It will improve the qualifications of the employees involved in the projects, provide a more efficient organization of the work process, and implement projects at a higher level based on international standards for project management.
The ISO 9001:2015 international standard awarded by the Center within the framework of this project confirms that the necessary quality will be ensured in the creation and development of information systems in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
QS 10006:2018 - The following international certificate is that the projects and services performed by the Center are organized based on the requirements of the international standard QS 10006:2018 (ISO 10006:2017), meet the requirements of the relevant international standard, as well as quality assurance in the organization and implementation of these projects and services confirms that it is It should be noted that the Center is the first organization in Azerbaijan to be awarded the relevant international certificate.
As a result:
- Project management was formed in the Center according to international standards;
- 17 employees of the Center were awarded various degrees according to the IPMA international certification program;
- 60+ employees completed project management training;
- All employees of the Center participated in the master classes of successful international project directors of Azerbaijan;
